2) How to request a return/refund

Contact support with:

  • Order ID and registered phone/email

  • Product name and quantity

  • Photos/videos (unboxing video strongly recommended for damage/wrong item)

  • Batch/Lot number and label photos (for quality issues)

3) Eligible cases (report within 48 hours of delivery)

You may be eligible for replacement/refund if verified:

  1. Wrong item delivered

  2. Missing item(s) (as per invoice)

  3. Transit damage (verified; unboxing video preferred)

  4. Manufacturing defect / quality issue (verified; batch/lot details required)

Requests after 48 hours may be declined, except where required by law.

4) Change-of-mind returns (strict)

Change-of-mind returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, factory-sealed, and in original packaging, and the request is raised within 7 days of delivery. If the seal is opened/broken, returns are not accepted.

5) Non-returnable / non-refundable (unless required by law)

  • Opened/used products, broken seals, partially consumed packs

  • Damage due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling after delivery

  • Free gifts/promotional items (if any)

  • Clearance items (except wrong/damaged/defective deliveries)

6) Verification & inspection

All requests are subject to verification/inspection. We may request additional evidence. If a claim fails verification, we may reject it and (where applicable) return the product at customer cost.

7) Reverse pickup / return shipping

  • Reverse pickup (if available) depends on courier serviceability.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective verified), we will arrange pickup or provide a return method at our discretion.

  • If the return is change-of-mind, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

8) Remedy preference (Vivasvana chooses)

Where permitted by law: Replacement → Store Credit → Refund (refund only if replacement is not feasible).

9) Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (or equivalent). Typical processing: 5–10 business days after approval (banks/payment rails may take longer). Shipping/handling charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

10) Order cancellations

Customer cancellations are accepted only before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible; eligible returns may apply per this policy.
