Our products are nutrition powders intended to support general nutrition/wellness. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary by individual.

5) Pricing, availability & listing errors

Prices and offers may change without notice. Despite best efforts, errors may occur (price/description/stock). If so, Vivasvana may cancel the order and refund paid amounts or offer you the option to proceed on corrected terms.

6) Orders & acceptance

An order is accepted when it is confirmed by us (via email/SMS/website status) and (where applicable) payment is successfully processed or COD is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, bulk-resale behaviour, incomplete address, repeated abuse of returns, courier restrictions, or operational constraints.

7) Payments & COD (if/where available)

We may offer multiple payment options. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be enabled/disabled depending on PIN code serviceability, order value, courier constraints, and risk checks. If COD is available, it will be shown at checkout.

We may cancel COD orders that cannot be verified or appear high-risk, and repeated COD refusals may lead to COD restriction for future orders.

We ship across India, subject to courier serviceability and legal/regulatory restrictions. Delivery timelines shown are estimates. Customers must provide complete and correct address details; failed delivery due to incorrect information/unavailability may attract re-shipping charges.

9) Returns, replacements & refunds (summary)

Nutrition powders are consumable and hygiene-sensitive; returns are restricted. Please refer to the Refund & Return Policy on the website for full terms. In case of conflict, the Refund & Return Policy governs returns/refunds.
